CasaBlanca Resort & Casino in Mesquite unveiled two new dining concepts on August 2025. Introducing two boldly different restaurants tucked into the former Casa Cafe footprint, Jersey Joe’s Diner channels a nostalgic East Coast vibe while Rita’s & Fajitas brings bold regional Mexican flavors and Mesquite’s only dedicated tequila bar.
The high-limit space embodies the remodel’s most refined design, using softer lighting, elevated finishes, and a more intimate layout to set it apart from the main floor.
